Nice place, but the crowd was a bit hard to figure out. They seemed to friendly though which was a bit surprising. Even though, I was still not relaxed. I Can't call somewhere a lounge if I can't lounge. ummm didnt make sense. but anyway, up to you.

Named after Armenian painter Arshile Gorky, this new lounge is more reminiscent of a bachelor pad than it is an art studio. The interior is rather dark and lounge-lizardy and a doorman is always awaiting your arrival. Complete with table-service and VIP seating, Arshile is, for all intents and purposes, a club with a drink menu that is more intriguing on paper than it is in a glass. Arshile’s at its best on weekends when a Euro-beauty crowd checks in for the “Arshile Martini” (a mix of Grey Goose and pomegranate paste) or the “Triboulet” (Veuve Cliquot, Peach liquor and fresh strawberries). To avoid disappointment, order a standard martini and wait patiently for this newbie to find its footing.
