An aspirational name, from the title of a Walt Whitman poem, is just part of the high-octane makeover of the formerly non-descript Astor Lounge and Restaurant. Spacious and alluring, the lounge is layered with mahogany and honey-toned wood, sleekly inviting couches and ambient caramel-colored lighting (which gives everyone a J.Lo glow). Downstairs, a less-crowded bar beckons with room to dance. Music varies throughout the night, but expect anything from Beastie Boys to the Beatles on the soundtrack.
