Windfall Lounge and Grill has been one of just a few bars to capitalize on the growing daytime crowd in the garment district. Since a handful of trendy businesses--including Yahoo, Hotjobs and Tommy Hilfiger--moved into the area, Windfall has been able to maintain two identities. First, as a lunch restaurant that puts a spin on Southern cooking (with a great tuna-wasabi wrap); and second, as an unusually energetic midtown bar that parties from happy hour until about 10pm.
