With images from John Wayne's "The Quiet Man" etched in glass behind the bar, and groups of dart-playing regulars more than willing to teach hapless newbies the fundamentals of the game, this pub is a warm and inviting place to quaff a pint or two after work. Though the service is occasionally slow, you'll be happy to linger while your Guinness settles. Half the fun of the place is the jolly crowd it attracts.

Brilliant place, staff very friendly, the manager, Connor, a great barman, lovely atmosphere, he remembered my partner and i even though it had been nearly 3yrs since we first went in, worth a visit, then you'll want to go back every night. Rating: [10/10]

Great bar...but why has no one written about Tom? The man is the greatest bartender on this side of Manhattan. With his quick wit and wise insight the man could carry a conversation about anything with anyone. It is a joy to go in, have a drink and talk to Tom about what happened yesterday. Rating: [10/10]
