New ownership isn't the only change at this rousing Upper West Sider. From the snazzy digital jukebox to the spit-shined wood bar, custom ceilings and soft lighting, everything looks out of the box and ready for business. When the overhead TVs aren't broadcasting the big game, they'll throw on "Austin Powers." Eternally packed, Keeley's is a weekend staple for young ones who live nearby.
