The garish glow (intensified by mirrored ceilings, walls and floors) begins at the long bar and extends under chintz banquettes and white plastic chairs, past a gigantic gold Buddha, to the bustling open kitchen. Droves of downtown hipsters keep indefatigable servers running for pastel-colored cocktails.
