On nights when there's a cover charge, you can still have a drink and listen in for free from the main level, where the bar is accented with marbleized glass and tiny, orange drop-lights. No Moore (named for its cross street, North Moore) attracts talented musicians, a savvy, engaged crowd and bartenders who know how to make a slammin' margarita. Not too shabby. —Karen Hudes
