The biggest bonus of The Whiskey is that it's been granted a cabaret license--no mean feat these days. So you can shake your rump to party music like J-Lo and Madonna, though securing a spot on the mini dance floor can be a challenge. This bar i have to say is overrated. It is really not worth the $20 cover that they charge. The dance floor is really small, leaving you with basically no room to dance. walking into the place you would probably think that it is much bigger than it is. I would suggest skiping this one

There tonight on Friday. Agree with it being small. Very secure, lots of staff especially on the door. I had a tie on and was et right in. I guess there were way TOO many guys there for me. I started to wonder... as it got closer to 10 pm the ladies started showing up. Music was so..so. Had other things to do down in Times Square so I did not stay that long. BT out

not that big a selection of whisk(e)y. staff is only good looking, can barely make a descent drink, no knowledge of whisk(e)y girls. train the staff.
