The bar stays fairly uncrowded except for late weekend nights, when young uptown professionals settle in, sans tie, to join the establishment's more arty Village regulars. A knowledgeable bar staff helps steer novice patrons through a drink menu ranging from Spanish riojas and California cabernets to tap-handle hefe-weizens and limited-distribution bottled beers. Loud, crowded and almost impossible to get a drink. Bartenders allow smoking during late night hours. A real "meat Market" for NJ losers. There are a thousand bars in the West Village that beat otheroom hands down. Try the Barrow Street Ale House.

definitely a variety of bear from a plethora of places. the decor is industrial and dark. we likes the dar. the bar is stone. it's small but very cool to be in.
