Wednesday through Sunday, this Lafayette Street standby transforms itself into the trendiest of lounges. At 10pm each night, the space is closed, the tables and chairs vanish, and the multiple rooms are redone into an upscale bar, complete with deep banquettes, draped ceilings and go-go dancers.
