Pranna is an enormous 15,000 square-foot space with an attractive, bright interior and two dining rooms, two bars, an open kitchen and a gigantic basement lounge. Talk about optimism! But the crowds have been coming, albeit perhaps more for the bar scene than the food. The kitchen is helmed by chef Chai Trivedi, who has developed a creative menu of Southeast Asian dishes like Vietnamese peanut rice flats, Thai chicken with cashews and assorted satays.
