Bring women if you want to get in. The bouncers were strict. Once i fought my way inside I tried to get comfortable but it was hard. The dance floor was a nice size, but if you were not dacing and you were not VIP, you could not relax. Women were hot, dont get me wrong,... it just might have been that i wasn't in the dancing mood that night. oh well.

This is the spot to get down with the ladies. Playas come down and check out this new spot! Music-pumpin, girls-slammin, drinks-lethal. What else do you need. Well it would have been nice to have been part spanish. Other then that- check it.

The new club fighting for position. I love these places in the beginning before all the hype. Went there last week. Definately a nice latin feel and I was immensed. Danced all night to great music. The lounge was nice to relax in between. The guys dressed well and knew had to treat a lady.

Manhattan's latest addition to the mega-club revival is part steamy Shanghai lounge and part la vida loca Latin dance club, with a touch of pure New York attitude. LQ packs five different experiences into 15,000 square feet: a crowded, singles-heavy bar, a recessed dance floor surrounded by banquettes, a downstairs lounge set to the sounds of hip-hop and R&B, a VIP lair beneath Chinese-style marble arches and yet another upstairs VIP lounge with hidden nooks. I went to LQ NY two times, I'm not coming back any more. The bouncers are nasty, specially the one at the metal detector and the one collecting the money. Very rude, yelling and screaming orders. They really want to show their powerful position as bouncers. The dj couldn't leave a single song for more than 8 seconds. The ambient was really mediocre (low class). There are better places in NY, don't waste your money in these scoundrels.

After getting through the strict bouncers, this beautiful NYC latin club vide filled the air around me. Well dress guys.. finally! And awesome music! Bartender did lie about the free drinks before 12, but I didn't let it ruin anything. As me and my girls booked a VIP, the service was very good. Nice waitress always came by to check on us. Dancing space was a plus.. not many guys joining - while looking around - but still good. For salsa lovers, I believe they had a lower level with just that. Bathroom waiting.. eek! Hated it.. but found a secret one near the entrance. HAHA! Overall, it was very modern, yet dim & romantic, lively & cool, and lots of fun with the right ppl. So, YES I would LOVE to go again! ~ 22 Manhattan, NY
