New York City's Katra serves Middle East, Moroccan fusion style tapas designed by Chef Jonathan Lindenauer of Jean Georges. The kitchen is open till 2am. The lounge plays European techno and Middle-Eastern hip-hop to regular beats and has a DJ on Friday and Saturday nights. The decor at Katra is Moroccan styled with all the furnishings brought back from Morocco. Pillow-strewn couches and intimate nooks dot the lounge.
