While eating unadorned plates of Southern-fried, soul-tinged fare--Cajun shrimp, macaroni and cheese, ribs, chicken fingers and crab cakes--or a bland tuna sandwich with no accompanying fries or garnish, you can't help but feel like the bell is about to ring sending you back to work.
