This kitschy club, previously Cream, has been only partially reinvented. The new proprietors--who own other Star outposts in Las Vegas and L.A.--spruced up the decor in the main room with white Victorian-style sofas, large tropical plants and an enlarged dance floor. The crowd remains predominantly Latino and African-American and the music heavy on the hip-hop and house. The Victorian-appointed Red Room and fake-snow covered White Room have been left intact. The major draw is Hunk-O-Mania, a male stripper extravaganza that performs on Friday and Saturday nights at 8pm before the club opens. Girls choose from general admission, front-row VIP seating or VIP table seating with a free bottle of champagne and two private table-side dances. Other nights boast different themes and vibes. Wednesday is Latin; Friday caters to Asians; and Saturdays boast lovelies in low-cut tops getting jiggy with hunks in button-down dress shirts and brand-name jeans. (Source: Citysearch.com)
