See and be seen at this safari-themed boutique nightclub. While most new high-end clubs are designed with bottle service in mind, this West Chelsea club takes it to heart. Low-slung, bottle-only seating rings the sunken dance floor, with another slab of premium seating above. The zebra skin-topped bar--and by extension, the South African-inspired club--is for the women who wear fur and the men who love them. Expensive sport coats mingle with short skirts and impossibly high heels. The DJ, who spins from behind a giant rock, keeps the house music upbeat, but no one's really bustin' a move. If you've got it, flaunt it, hence the aura of exclusivity. Model-type servers in short lace-up, belted safari dresses go the distance to please customers (even dancing with them), and the bartenders mix quality drinks.
